(this song is about my dad leaving when i was younger. i just wanted to explain that when i look back on my life i'm not filled with regret or sadness that i never really had a dad. it was tough at the time and not everything is perfect now but overall it was him who missed out on having a relationship with the amazing family that i have. it was easy to forgive him for leaving me, but to see the hurt that it brought to my mum and my siblings i can't help but feel anger towards him. i don't hate him anymore, i've moved passed that, but i know that i will never find out why he left, there will never be proper closure)
